Another pen I've got but had long shipping is the Jinhao X750.
It is a cheap pen around 10usd in regular online retailer but you can get it from Aliexpress or eBay for 3usd.
Mine says it uses no. 5 nib size though it accept number 6
Positive:
-cheap price for reliable pen
-steel body means it have more sense of writing.
-fairly flexible nib the tines spread is quite easy and lead to fairly expressive writing
-can easily host more higher range nibs from more pricey pens(so you can buy different nib unit and upgrade it rather easily)
Neutral:
-the grip is quite thick and I find it less comftarble
-it is ok sized pen but without option to cap(could feel a bit too short at time)
Negative:
-Nib I've got came fairly dry and it is a bit scratchy. The ink I am using is a bit dry so not sure if it is because the nib or ink
-the design is a bit like montblanc 146 though somehow it have a cheap feel to it.
-it feel more like medium nib overall
- it tend to get dry fast when open
